If you have noted the information about the extended return period for unsuitable Christmas gifts when ordering, you can send us the purchased goods until 1/9/2026. The return of unused goods within the statutory period of 14 days is subject to the rules of withdrawal from the purchase contract described in Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions. After the expiry of this period, you have the option to exchange the unused goods for another of the same value until 1/9/2026 or, if you choose a more expensive product, pay the difference. We also offer the option of issuing a gift voucher in the value of the ordered product. Does not apply to personalized products.
